  • 2 1/2 c. cooked chunked chicken
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 1/2 c. chopped almonds
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. chopped potato chips

Directions

    Melt butter and flour; stir until smooth.

    Stir in broth; cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens.

    Add all other ingredients, except potato chips.

    Arrange a layer of crushed chips in chicken mixture.

    Top with remaining chips.

    Bake at 400° for 20 minutes (until it bubbles and chips are browned).
