- 4 to 6 chicken breasts, stewed, or 1 whole chicken
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots
- 1/2 pkg. LeSueur peas
- 1 sleeve Town House crackers
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese (optional)
Directions

1Chop chicken into bite-size pieces.

2Mix together the rest of the ingredients except for the crackers and cheese.

3Crumble the crackers and spread 1/2 cup of the crumbs over the bottom of a buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.

4Put mixture into dish and sprinkle cracker crumbs and cheese on top.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.

6Spoon over hot biscuits or toast to serve.
