- 4 cooked chicken breasts, chopped
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 small jar pimento, drained
- 1 stick melted margarine
Directions

1Place 3/4 of stuffing mix in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Pour can of chicken broth over this.

3Cut up chicken breasts and layer over the stuffing.

4Mix well the soup, sour cream, green onion, green pepper and pimento.

5Pour over chicken.

6Sprinkle remaining stuffing over top and drizzle melted butter over all.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

8Can be made and frozen before cooking.
