  • 1 C. white sugar
  • 1 C. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. baking soda in 1 C. sour milk
  • 2 C. flour
  • 2 C. rhubarb, cut very fine

Directions

    Cream sugars and shortening; add egg and beat.

    Mix dry ingredients together and add alternately with sour milk.
