- 2 c. diced chicken
- 2 c. rice
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 3 Tbsp. onion, minced
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 c. crumbled corn flakes
- 1/2 stick melted margarine
Directions

1Cook chicken and cool (or use canned chicken).

2Mix with ingredients.

3Cover with topping of 1 1/2 cups crumbled corn flakes and 1/2 stick margarine, melted.

4Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Will fill 2 small casserole dishes.

5It can be frozen.
