- 4 large chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Cook chicken.

2Remove from broth.

3Strain broth, reserving 2 2/3 cups.

4Bone chicken and cut in small pieces.

5Combine chicken soup with 1/2 of broth; mix well.

6Combine mushroom soup with remaining broth and mix well.

7Combine stuffing mix and butter. Reserve 1/4 for garnish.

8Spoon 1/2 of remaining stuffing into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

9Now layer chicken, soup mixture, chicken, mushroom soup mixture and remaining stuffing mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

10Remove casserole from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking.

11Uncover and bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.

12Serves 8 to 10.
