- 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix (cornbread)
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 whole chicken or 4 breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 c. chicken broth (from cooked chicken)
Directions

1Boil chicken, remove from bones and cut in bite-size pieces. Cook onion in oleo until tender and mix with dressing.

2Spread half of dressing in baking dish.

3Spread layer of chicken.

4Mix both cans of soup and broth.

5Pour over chicken.

6Spread remaining dressing over top.

7Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until brown.
