- 1 c. nuts
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 4 c. chicken
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 cans chicken or mushroom soup
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 can chow mein noodles
Directions

1Boil chicken.

2Remove from bone and cut in large pieces (about 4 cups).

3Mix nuts and chopped celery together.

4Then mix the rest of ingredients together.

5In a large casserole, put layer of chicken mix and layer of soup mix.

6Put in refrigerator overnight.

7When ready to bake, put can of noodles over top.

8Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
