- 1 c. rice
- spring onions
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- chicken breast, skinned
- butter
Directions

1Butter rectangle Pyrex dish.

2Sprinkle 1 cup rice in baking dish.

3Slice a lot of spring onions over rice.

4Pour in 2 cups chicken bouillon (2 bouillon cubes in 1 cup boiling water, then add 1 cup cold water).

5Lay chicken on top of rice and onions (meaty side down).

6Put butter pats on top.

7Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

8Take cover off; turn chicken and broil until chicken is brown.

9Add about 1/4 cup water if rice is dry.
