Chicken Casserole

  • 2 to 3 c. chicken pieces (no skin), cooked (good for leftover turkey, also)
  • 1 lb. pasta, noodles or macaroni, cooked al dente
  • onion, celery and green pepper, cut up
  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

    In greased good size casserole, place chicken and pasta, mixed all in pieces in water with chicken bouillon cubes just to soften a bit.

    Pour over chicken and pasta.

    Grate the cheese and cover the top of casserole with this cheese.

    Bake at 350° for about an hour or until liquid has been absorbed.

    Cover the first 1/2 hour, then uncover to brown.
