- 2 to 3 c. chicken pieces (no skin), cooked (good for leftover turkey, also)
- 1 lb. pasta, noodles or macaroni, cooked al dente
- onion, celery and green pepper, cut up
- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In greased good size casserole, place chicken and pasta, mixed all in pieces in water with chicken bouillon cubes just to soften a bit.

2Pour over chicken and pasta.

3Grate the cheese and cover the top of casserole with this cheese.

4Bake at 350° for about an hour or until liquid has been absorbed.

5Cover the first 1/2 hour, then uncover to brown.
