Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 chicken breasts, cut into pieces
  • 1 can cream of celery
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 c. Uncle Ben's rice
  • 1 can water
  • 1/2 celery (optional)
  • shredded cheese
  • 1 can French fried onions

Directions

    Mix soups, rice, water and celery until lumps are out.

    Add chicken.

    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan, covered, at 375° for 1 hour. Top with shredded cheese and French fried onions.

    Put back in oven for 5 minutes until brown onions and melt cheese.
