- 1 pkg. Pepperidge dressing mix (16 oz. cornbread)
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 whole chicken or 6 chicken breasts, stewed
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
Directions

1Melt margarine.

2Mix with cornbread dressing.

3Place 1/2 of it in a 9 x 13-inch pan; spread over bottom.

4Put chicken (chopped) over dressing.

5Mix sour cream and soup together and spread over chicken.

6Spread remaining crumbs over top.

7Pour 1 cup or more of hot chicken broth over all.

8Bake at 350°

9for 20 minutes, or until fluffy.
