  • 2 c. cooked chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Saute chopped onions and celery.

    Place in a casserole dish and then layer the chicken, soup and stuffing.

    Season with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.

    Pour the chicken broth over top and bake 30 minutes at 375°.
