- 1 (3 1/2 lb.) chicken, cooked
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 to 5 slices bread, torn into pieces
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 c. soup stock
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
Directions

1Cut up chicken after cooking.

2To the eggs, add the bread, rice, milk and soup stock.

3Pour into casserole. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

4Dilute soup with 1/2 can water.

5Mix in blender. Heat until warm. Serve with chicken as gravy.
