  • 1 (3 1/2 lb.) chicken, cooked
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3 to 5 slices bread, torn into pieces
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. soup stock
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup

Directions

    Cut up chicken after cooking.

    To the eggs, add the bread, rice, milk and soup stock.

    Pour into casserole. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

    Dilute soup with 1/2 can water.

    Mix in blender. Heat until warm. Serve with chicken as gravy.
