  • 1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg. boneless chicken
  • 8 oz. pkg. egg noodles
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 pkg. Ritz crackers
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Boil chicken.

    Cook egg noodles in chicken broth.

    When noodles are done, drain and add chicken along with other ingredients, except Ritz crackers and butter.

    Pour in dish. Spread crackers over top of casserole.

    Then pour melted butter on top of cracker crumbs.

    Bake at 300° about 30 minutes.
