  • 1 c. raw rice
  • 1 chicken, cooked, cut in small chunks
  • 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Spread raw rice on bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass pan.

    Arrange chicken pieces on top of rice.

    Mix remaining ingredients together.

    Pour over chicken.

    Bake uncovered at 325° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
