- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 whole fryer, cut in pieces
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 1/2 c. chicken stock or water
Directions

1Put onion mix in bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Sprinkle rice over soup. Layer chicken pieces on top of rice.

3Dilute soup with stock and pour over chicken.

4Dot with butter.

5Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
