- 2 chickens, stewed and boned
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. melted oleo
- 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook and drain broccoli.

2Mix soups, mayonnaise and lemon juice together well.

3Add 3/4 cup melted oleo.

4Mix up stuffing mix according to box directions.

5Cut up chicken.

6Alternate layers of chicken, broccoli and stuffing mix with soup mixture in a 9 x 13-inch dish.

7Top with 1 cup bread crumbs mixed with 1/4 cup melted oleo.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or 1 hour if cold.
