  • 1 can low salt mushroom soup
  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
  • 1 1/2 c. celery, chopped and parboiled
  • 1 c. sour cream or low-fat mayo
  • 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm or Stove Top stuffing

    Prepare stuffing according to box instructions.
