- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned mix
- 1 stick margarine
- 4 chicken breasts or 3 c. cooked chicken
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans chicken broth
Directions

1Cook chicken in unsalted water.

2Melt margarine and toss with stuffing.

3Divide mixture in half.

4Save some for the top. Lightly butter sides and bottom of a large casserole, 9 x 12 x 2-inch.

5Layer stuffing and chicken in 2 layers.

6Mix soup and broth.

7Pour half over each layer.

8Sprinkle crumbs on top.

9Cover with foil.

10Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

11Remove foil and bake 15 minutes more.

12Add some juice to top.
