Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- fryer or 4 breasts (chunks)
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. bell pepper
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. onions
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 10 stuffed olives
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 to 3 c. wide noodles
- 1/2 c. broth
Directions

1Boil chicken until tender.

2Debone when cool.

3Reserve broth. Saute in margarine the bell pepper, celery and onions until tender.

4Add soup, olives, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup broth and 1/2 cheese.

5Heat until cheese melts.

6Bring salted broth to boil. Add water to broth to make enough liquid to cook 2 to 3 cups noodles.

7Add to vegetable and chicken mixture.

8Pour in lightly greased casserole.

9Cover with remaining cheese.

10Heat in 350° oven about 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
