  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 2 cans water or milk
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • salt, pepper and poultry seasoning and tarragon (if desired)

Directions

    In casserole, put rice and chicken, skin side up.

    Beat together the soup, water (milk) and seasonings and pour over chicken/rice.
  3. 3
    Bake 30 minutes at 400°.

    Reduce heat to 350° until done and brown, approximately another 30 minutes.
