- 4 chicken breasts or 1 large chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge stuffing
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Skin, cook and cut chicken into cubes.

2Mix soup (undiluted), sour cream and drained mushrooms and add chicken.

3Pour into a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.

4Heat water and melt margarine in it. Stir in stuffing and mix well.

5Spread stuffing over chicken and cut it in.

6Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
