Cheese Quiche Supreme

Ingredients

• 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (half of a 17.25 ounce pkg)
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
• 6 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups light cream (or half-and-half)
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
• 3 cups shredded swiss cheese (or white cheddar)
