  • 2 c. cooked, diced chicken
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 2 c. mushroom soup
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 c. celery, diced
  • 1 c. slivered or sliced almonds
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
  • crushed potato chips (to put on top when ready to bake)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Put in refrigerator overnight. Take out 1 hour before baking.

    Place chips on top and bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.
