  • 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cooked and boned
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 c. chicken broth
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing

Directions

    Put cooked and cut up chicken in bottom of a 2 1/2-quart casserole.

    Mix the soups with 2 cups of chicken broth and pour over chicken.

    Mix herb stuffing with 1 cup of broth and pour on top of soups.

    Cook for 30 to 40 minutes in a 350° oven.

    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
