- 4 medium bell peppers
- 2 c. cooked and drained ground beef
- 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
- 1 can cream of tomato soup
Directions

1Steam peppers 5 minutes.

2Combine remaining ingredients, reserving 1/2 can of soup.

3Mix well.

4Fill peppers with stuffing mix.

5Bake in shallow pan at 375° for 30 minutes.

6Pour remaining soup over peppers.

7Return to oven.

8Bake 15 minutes.
