  • 2 pkg. chopped broccoli
  • 3 c. diced chicken
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

    Place cooked broccoli in bottom of greased casserole.

    Place chicken on top of broccoli.

    Combine egg, soups, mayonnaise and juice in bowl.

    Pour over chicken.

    Spread cheese on top.

    Melt butter; mix with stuffing.

    Pour over top.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
