- 2 c. cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
- 1 small jar chopped pimentos, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 can French-style green beans, drained
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. chicken broth
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook rice according to directions.

2Saute onions in oleo.

3Mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs.

4Use up to 1/2 cup broth to keep from being dry.

5Put in 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.

6Place bread crumbs on top.

7Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
