- 1 fryer, cut up
- 1 c. rice
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
Directions

1Brown rice in margarine; pour in casserole dish.

2Mix all 3 soups in saucepan; rinse cans with small amount of water.

3Heat until mixed well.

4Pour over rice and stir up.

5Place choice parts of fryer on top of casserole with skin side up.

6Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300°.
