- 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
Directions

1Boil chicken with celery and onion.

2Salt and pepper to taste. Take chicken off bones and place chicken in greased casserole. Add cream of chicken soup to 1/2 cup milk.

3Heat and pour over chicken.

4Heat 1 cup broth from boiled chicken with 1 stick margarine.

5Add to stuffing mix.

6Place this dressing on top of casserole.

7Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
