- 6 slices bacon
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 1 c. sliced onion
- celery salt
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. sliced potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Cut bacon into 1 inch pieces and line the bottom of a skillet. Shape hamburger into patties and place on top of bacon.

2Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3On top of this place sliced onion, potatoes and carrots in order.

4Sprinkle each layer with salt and pepper. Place parsley on top layer and sprinkle with celery salt.

5Cook on medium heat for 3 minutes.

6Add 1/2 cup water and cover.

7Cook on low heat for 35 to 40 minutes.
