- 2 lb. chicken
- 1 large pkg. Corn Dodgers
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 4 eggs, boiled
- 1 c. celery, chopped fine
- onion (optional)
- black pepper
Directions

1Cook chicken and remove bones.

2Place Corn Dodgers in mixing pan.

3Add cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup and the chicken broth.

4Mix well.

5Add eggs, chopped celery, onion and black pepper, if desired.

6Mix all ingredients well.

7Add additional chicken broth if needed.

8Pour 1/2 of mix in baking pan. Place cooked chicken over mix.

9Then add remaining mix on top of chicken.

10Bake at 350° until brown.
