  • 60g beetroot
  • 1/2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp Greek or low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp horseradish sauce
  • rocket or watercress leaves
  • 30g wafer-thin sliced turkey
