- 4 cooked chicken breasts
- 8 oz. Sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.

2Melt margarine and mix it with the stuffing mix.

3Make sure all stuffing mix is well moistened. Put half of this mixture in the bottom of a casserole dish and put the chicken on top.

4Combine sour cream, soup, broth, salt and pepper; pour on top of chicken.

5Put remaining stuffing on top. Bake at 350° for about 35 minutes.
