Chicken Casserole

  • 4 cooked chicken breasts
  • 8 oz. Sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. chicken broth

Directions

    Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.

    Melt margarine and mix it with the stuffing mix.

    Make sure all stuffing mix is well moistened. Put half of this mixture in the bottom of a casserole dish and put the chicken on top.

    Combine sour cream, soup, broth, salt and pepper; pour on top of chicken.

    Put remaining stuffing on top. Bake at 350° for about 35 minutes.
