  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  • 1 soup can water
  • 1 fryer chicken, cut up

Directions

    Sprinkle dry onion soup in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Pour in rice.

    Mix canned soup and water and add to pan.

    Put cut up chicken over and cover with foil.

    Bake 1 hour at 350°, then uncover for 20 or 30 minutes. Do not add extra salt or pepper.
