- 1 chicken, cut up
- onions, chopped
- celery, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- chicken broth
- 1 c. rice
- 1 can English peas, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- cheese, grated
Directions

1Boil chicken (when done, pull meat off bones), onions, celery, salt and pepper.

2(Reserve liquid.)

3Cook rice in 2 cups of liquid you reserved.

4Put rice in casserole dish.

5Pour English peas over rice.

6Mix remaining liquid with soup mixture.

7Put chicken on top of peas; pour soup mixture over that, then put a layer of cheese on top.

8Bake at 425° until hot.
