Ingredients
- 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken
- 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. chicken broth (use broth from chicken)
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can mushroom soup
Directions

1Cook chicken.

2Bone and chop.

3Mix stuffing.

4Mix melted oleo and chicken broth.

5Spread stuffing mix in a large greased pan or casserole.

6Mix chicken, onion, celery and mayo.

7Spread chicken mixture on top of dressing.

8Cover with remaining stuffing.

9Beat eggs and add milk and pour this over entire casserole.

10Spread 1 can mushroom soup on top.

11Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

12May be made and refrigerated overnight.
