Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 small jar chopped pimentos
  • 1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can water
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • corn flakes, crushed
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts

Directions

    Heat soups, water and margarine.

    Remove from heat and add mayonnaise.

    Put rice in casserole dish.

    Place chicken on top of rice.

    Add water chestnuts over the chicken, followed by pimentos. Pour hot soup mixture over the chicken.

    Sprinkle crushed corn flakes over top.

    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.
