- 8 chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 pt. sliced mushrooms
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 6 Tbsp. white wine
Directions

1Precook chicken breasts.

2Remove in good size pieces from bones.

3Grease a casserole.

4Put chicken in bottom.

5Saute onions and mushrooms in butter.

6Mix soup and sour cream with onion and mushrooms.

7Pour over the chicken.

8Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

9This can be put together the day before and baked when needed.
