- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. apple juice or Chablis
- 1/2 c. apple jelly
Directions

1Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.

2Melt butter in large skillet.

3Cook chicken until lightly brown, about 4 minutes on each side.

4Remove chicken from pan and set aside.

5Add apple juice or Chablis and jelly to pan drippings.

6Simmer until jelly is melted. Stir constantly.

7Return chicken to pan and baste with sauce. Cover and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
