  • 4 large chicken breasts or 1 small whole chicken, cooked and diced
  • 1 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 12 to 15 corn tortillas (each cut into 8 pie shaped pieces)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small can chopped green chiles
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 medium onion, diced

Directions

    In 2 1/2-quart casserole dish, layer tortillas, chicken, sauce and cheese until used and end up with cheese.

    Bake at 350°, covered, for 1 hour.

    The last 15 minutes, take cover off.
