Chicken Cheese Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
  • 6 wide lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 3 c. cooked chicken, diced
  • 6 to 8 oz. sliced mushrooms

Directions

    Saute green pepper, onion and mushrooms in margarine until tender. Stir in soup (undiluted), milk and Velveeta cheese.

    Cook until well blended.

    Place 3 noodles in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and cover with half of the soup mixture and half of the chicken. Repeat the two layers of noodles, soup and chicken. Top with Parmesan cheese. Cover lightly and bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
