  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
  • 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 can (5.5 fl oz/156 mL) tomato paste
  • 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Habanero Heat Cheese

Directions

    Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add chicken, onion and garlic; cook 5 to 6 min.

    or until chicken is browned.

    Add chili powder and cumin; cook 1 min.

    Add chicken broth, tomato paste, diced tomatoes and beans; mix well.

    Cook, covered, on medium heat 30 min., stirring occasionally.
