- 1 large can diced tomato
- basil
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1 green pepper
- 1 yellow onion
Directions

1Cube the chicken and pan fry it in olive oil, adding salt and pepper as you prefer

4Put everything in a pot, bring to a boil then simmer 15-20 minutes (meat has already been cooked but flavor will get better with a longer simmer.)
