  • 2 c. diced chicken
  • 1 c. diced onion
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 c. bamboo sprouts
  • 1/2 can chow mein noodles
  • 2 cans mushroom or celery soup
  • 2 cans water
  • 1/2 can chow mein noodles

Directions

    Mix first (8) eight ingredients together in large casserole baking dish.

    Sprinkle top with 1/2 can chow mein noodles.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
