- 1 box au gratin potato mix
- 3 c. milk
- 2 c. mixed frozen vegetables
- 2 (5 oz.) cans chunk chicken
Directions

1Combine potatoes with 4 cups water; bring to boiling.

2Cook, covered, about 15 minutes, until nearly tender.

3Drain.

4Stir sauce mix from potato mix, milk, vegetables and chicken together. Stir into potatoes.

5Bring to boiling.

6Reduce heat and cook 5 to 8 minutes until slightly thickened.
