- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 slice bacon
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 green pepper, jullianed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 avacado, sliced
- 2 slice green lettuce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 hoagie buns
Directions

1Heat a pan on medium heat.

2Add half of the oil.

3Add onions and peppers.

4Turn heat down and caramelize onions.

5Heat pan and cook bacon.

6Remove cooked bacon from pan but keep grease for chicken.

7Season chicken then add to hot bacon grease.

8Cook chicken until done.

9Spread mayo on bread then add lettuce, avocado, bacon, tomato, chicken, onions and peppers.
