- 2 chicken breasts, split
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 c. biscuit baking mix
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1/4 c. cognac
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Dip chicken pieces in milk; drain.

3Mix baking mix, salt and paprika.

4Coat chicken.

5Place chicken, skin side down, in greased baking pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inch.

6Bake 30 minutes; turn chicken.

7Bake until chicken is tender, 20 to 30 minutes.
