  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • scant c. rice
  • chicken

Directions

    Blend all of the ingredients, except rice and chicken.

    Bring to a boil. Put less than 1 cup of rice in 9 x 13-inch pan and pour hot mixture over same.

    Place buttered chicken pieces on top and sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and brown.
